Bittergourd Fry


Ingredients:


  • Bitter-gourd - 1
  • Red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil


Method:

Cut bitter gourd  into thin slices.Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt.Leave it for 30 minutes.In a frying pan heat oil.Fry bitter gourd in oil.Serve hot.
