Ingredients:
- Bitter-gourd - 1
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
Cut bitter gourd into thin slices.Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt.Leave it for 30 minutes.In a frying pan heat oil.Fry bitter gourd in oil.Serve hot.
